I haven't written on this blog in four days. Why? Well, my mother is still a little under the weather, and I've been busy with other things. Let's just say that no news is good news.
Except this news. The jazz radio DJ I've been trying to land an interview with for a profile article finally got in touch with me today and told me she'd like to see me one Saturday this month. So it looks like that project is finally going to get off the ground.
Meanwhile, I just completed the second draft of my article on Claire Elizabeth Barratt. I'm not sure I like how it came out, but I guess that's what third drafts are for! :-D
