Change At the State Department

So Colin Powell is gone, and Condolezza Rice is about to become our first black female Secretary of State. This is certainly affirmative action gone wrong, because I can think of several black women who deserve this job more than Condelezza Rice and are more qualified to improve our standing in the world. Oprah, for example.

Oh well, it doesn't hurt to have an intelligent black woman - even Condi Rice - serving a dumb honky President, if only to allow her to remind him that thinking ain't his strong suit!!
