MSNBC's Chris Matthews has been talking about Reagan with various people. What on earth, though, possessed Matthews to have Robert Evans on and allow him to offer an incoherent analysis on the benefits of a President with acting ability, coupled with a rambling and equally incoherent economics lesson about wealthy Hollywood liberals?
