The Post-Industrial Economy in a Nutshell

Yesterday at my cashier's job, I waited on a woman who works at the Dunkin' Donuts around the corner. On my lunch break, I went to Dunkin' Donuts to buy a drink, and the same woman waited on me. This is George W. Bush's idea of a strong economy - a service economy in which we ring up each other's sales! :-O
