Canada Turns Right

Oh, Canada!

As you already know, the Conservative Party in Canada won the most seats (but not a majority) in the House of Commons, and the new incoming prime minister, Stephen Harper, is the most right-wing leader the Tories have had in decades - so much, in fact, that he's almost as conservative as Bush! He's come into office hoping to cut taxes and expressing dismay over the legalization of gay manage under the previous government.

Guess there's no use running across the border to escape Bush now. His clone is in Ottawa now! :-O
