The Canadian Parliament gave Prime Minister Paul Martin a vote of no confidence, forcing Martin to have to dissolve the Parliament and call for new elections - possibly during the holiday season. A scandal involving the diversion of money from a government program in Quebec forced the vote. If only we in the States could get rid of Bush so easily . . .
