Elon Musk has pole-vaulted over the shark.
What? Let me explain. There is a Web site that follows Musk's private airplane in real time. Musk didn't like being followed around online, so he banned the site's Twitter account. He then turned against numerous journalists by banning them, including CNN's Donie O'Sullivan, for reporting this information - information that is already available without the help of reporters - when all they did was mention that this site tracking Musk's plane exists. In other words, Musk was accusing these reporters of being the ones who are making it easy for someone who wants to kill him to find him.
It got worse. Musk also banned these reporters from Twitter because he said they "doxxed" him - "doxxing" is the practice of giving out someone's address and telephone number - when these reporters did no such thing. They did, however, write articles criticizing Musk and some of his business decisions, and so his ban of these reporters was clearly meant to punish them for insulting him - which flies in the face of Musk's promise to make Twitter a haven for all free speech.
