My power came on last night (November 1), sooner than I expected it to, and my cable service - Internet, telephone, television - was restored shortly thereafter. I have a lot to talk about with regard to the storm, but I think I'll save that for later. I'll be back shortly with a more substantial post. It's been difficult to get back into the rhythm of posting on my blog as a result of the snowstorm I call the "October Surprise."
