Acting President Laura

Laura Bush held a news conference in which she fielded questions, and displayed great knowledge and authority, about the typhoon in Burma. This is what the current administration has come to; the President's credibility on natural disasters and foreign affairs is in such tatters that the First Lady has to deal with an international crisis as if she were President.
