Scientists meeting in Paris gave an even more dire situation of global warming. Average temperatures are expected to increase even more than originally predicted over the next century - by three to seven degrees Fahrenheit - with little that we can do to reverse the damage already done. Now we have to figure out how to adapt to it. The White House, as always, changed the subject, preferring to talk about issues they're more comfortable with . . . like, say, Iraq.
I have only four words in response to all this: Al Gore for President!! :-O
