I didn't watch George W. Bush's State of the Union address tonight, because if I wanted to watch something set in Washington I could laugh at, I'd watch "Murphy Brown" reruns! But I do understand that Bush wants Americans to consume less gasoline by 2017 - twenty percent less, to be exact. Incredible - even as he offers a plan to prevent the warming of the polar ice caps, hell freezes over!
Speaking of the devil, he'll be in the details of Bush's plan.
