What did I tell you?

Madonna, in case you haven't heard, is re-enacting the Crucifixion on a mirrored cross, in which she's projecting images of the Pope and Mussolini while she performs in Italy. The Church has protested her blasphemy, but though a virulently anti-Catholic display, no one else seems to want to pretend to care. Madge denied trying to be offensive, no one is speaking out against her apart from the Vatican, and I guess that's the end of that. Madge 1, Church 0. Defame any other religion, you get branded a bigot. Make fun of the Church, and you're a edgy provocateur worthy of great respect! >:-(

The Catholic Church, suddenly realizing that Madge is a hateful shrew who gave up Catholicism for Kabbalah, is finally getting around to talking about excommunicating her. What, marrying the man whose son she bore out of wedlock after being divorced for eleven years wasn't enough of a reason??
