Good news from the fight against global warming. California is set to an enact the toughest regulations against greenhouse gas emissions in an attempt to bring them down to acceptable levels in the next fifteen years. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Democratic-controlled legislature are for them, and they should become law soon. This will hopefully set a standard for other states to follow.
Maybe Arnie isn't so bad after all. :-)
