Still Counting In Mexico

The result of presidential election in Mexico still hasn't been determined, although you won't be hearing about anyone from the National Action Party trying to stop a recount or about hanging chads in Chiapas. The Mexican electoral authorities are quietly, methodically counting all the ballots over again and won't stop until a final count can be authenticated and certified. More proof that Mexico is ready for democracy and the United States isn't. (Did I happen to mention that they have a three-party system down there? :-O)
