Is this a hoot or what? Right after Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice gets back from Iraq to trumpet a brokered deal in getting the democrtically elected government there going, her predecessor, Colin Powell, complains that the United States should have had more troops to pacify Iraq after toppling Saddam Hussein, but Bush's other advsiors - including Donald Rumsfeld - didn't think they were needed. So, Powell has pretty much knocked Rice and the rest of the administration off their message on the Iraq situation. And they have to find a diplomatic way to deal with it. It won't be easy, seeing as these boors in the White House aren't known for their diplomacy! :-O
