Happy Saint Patrick's Day! I wore my green plastic shamrock ring today. :-)
I was hoping to take advantage of the fact that I have a day off today and go into the city to see the parade, but since I already spent eleven dollars this week to go to the city for nothing and since I'm sort of cash, that ain't happening. Guess I haven't had much luck of the Irish lately. :-(
Everyone is Irish today, right? Well, does that mean when Hannukah comes I can be Jewish for eight days - and octuple my present haul?
Seriously, if you're not Irish, or if you're not related to someone who is, please stay out of our holiday.
Corned beef and cabbage for me tonight! :-)
