Oh yeah, here are a couple of stories to update:
The Ukrainians have settled the election crisis, and a fresh vote will be held for the presidency on December 26. It seems the Ukrainian Supreme Court was instrumental in making sure the election was conducted properly - which is more than I can say for our Supreme Court!
Even as Bush nominates EPA administrator and former Utah governor Mike Leavitt to head the Department of Health and Human Services, Bernard Kerik is not going to be the next Homeland Security Secretary after all, owing to his failure to play taxes on an immigrant domestic employee. Now it turns out that one of these fellas may be a bigamist - and it ain't Mike Leavitt! :-O
