I've been poring over some of the recent commentary about a possible John Kerry presidential campaign in 2008, and so far the only person who thinks it's a good idea for Kerry to run again is me! :-O Seems I'm in a minority of one again.
Meanwhile, as old Cabinet members resign, Bush is replacing them with some mean, nasty sons of bitches - Bernard Kerik, anyone? He's also planning a massive Social Security "reform" (read privatization) that, coupled with new vigor in the religious right (Jerry Falwell is thinking of bringing back the Moral Majority, which was neither), could lead America down the road to the kind of fascism my late maternal grandfather left Italy to get away from!
Is it too late to demand a recount in Ohio? :-O
