A couple of thoughts about the upcoming presidential debate. . . .

Conspiracy theorists insist the the moon landings never really took place. They were allegedly faked on a stage in Miami.

Some folks believe George W. Bush never visited Iraq with that plastic turkey last Thanksgiving; so, for all we know, his visit was faked on a stage in Miami.

And then there is Thursday's presidential debate, the first of the campaign. Where is the debate - sure to be a moment of great political fraudulence - going to be held? On a stage in . . . Miami.

This does not look good.

I am not amused.
