Last night, fifty years to the day after The Tonight Show debuted, Jay Leno announced that he will step down as its host when his contract expires. Conan O'Brien will take his place. Leno's contract is up in 2009, so for those of you who are big Leno fans, relax - Jay will still be around for another five years.
And, unless John Kerry wins Thursday's presidential debate hands down, so will George W. Bush! :-(
