TI-ranny?

One caveat: While I said I would refrain from criticizing Ronald Reagan's memory or his legacy for the time being, I never said I would refrain from criticizing the current White House occupant.
Shortly after Reagan received the weaver's answer, George W. Bush made a statement from Paris about the legacy of our nation's fortieth President. Bush eulogized Reagan as a man who changed America and the world for the better and saved the world from "TI-ranny."
"TI-ranny."
If ignorance is bliss, Bush must be in Nirvana.
