French President Jacques Chirac, who is not wearing a French tricolor lapel pin and whose supporters back home are not known for telling their critics to move to America, is currently addressing the United Nations and is forcefully countering Bush by explaining how the Iraq War undermined multilateralism, how there is no alternative to working through the U.N., and how a multinational conference, not American might, can solve the Arab-Israeli impasse. So what's French for "TAKE THAT!"? :-)
