Terror Drills

In the past few days the government has been staging anti-terrorist drills in Seattle and Chicago involving simulated chemical and radiological attacks. Question - when is anyone going to address what to do if a skyscraper rammed by a jetliner is about to fall on your head? Because I have a queasy feeling in my gut that we could see a literal repeat of 9/11/01. There are plenty of jetliners, and there are plenty of fanatics ready to hijack them and bury them in buildings!
