Four Hundred Calories

I finally hit four hundred!
Today at the gym, I burned off four hundred calories - a fifth of an average daily caloric intake - in one session for the first time since I started going to the gym on something resembling a regular basis. I burned off about two hundred calories or so on the treadmill, the rest on a stationary bike. Yeah, I'm proud of myself. Now I only have to wait for the soreness to work itself out!
