Dub the Shrub spoke tonight on the case for waging war on Iraq. He offered no new evidence (Read my lips! No new evidence!) on Saddam Hussein's alleged connection with al-Qaeda, spoke in platitudes about liberty and freedom, and rehashed several points about weapons of mass destruction despite little hard evidence that Saddam is in a position to use it against Americans.
In short, there was nothing new, as I expected.
