We Don't Need Another Hero

Donald Trump came into office wanting to be the hero that would save America And make it great again - because "I alone can fix this!" 

Then he came out with his fiscal 2020 budget.

Nearly three trillion dollars in cuts to every social program imaginable and $8.6 billion to build a wall no one wants.  Lots of money for the military while letting the people fight each other over the table scarps of a dying country.  And deficits, as far as the eye can see . . .  

Trump's budget, if enacted, would turn America into a post-apocalyptic Mad Max world where there are no rules and no standards.  If it's not there already.

We are the children, the last generation . . . we are the ones that Trump left behind. And I really do wonder if we're ever going to change, living under the fear, 'til nothing else remains.
