What Do You Call Your Hurricane?

Arthur.
The first tropical storm of the 2014 Atlantic hurricane season just formed and is expected to make its way up the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, and while it's currently not expected to cause trouble for the Northeast beyond a few rip currents at the shore, any deviation in its track could cause trouble.  As this is going on, a cold front - the same front that caused lots of floods and blackouts in the Upper Midwest - is approaching the East Coast, and there's actually some doubt that it could push Arthur out of harm's way in time . . . while bringing a lot of harm of its own with, ironically, heavy downpours and tropical-storm-force gusts . . . and lots and lots of lightning and thunder!
So we in New Jersey can expect either for outages caused by a thunderstorm or flooding caused by Arthur . . . or is that the other way around?
When you get caught between the wind and rain and New York City (I know it's crazy, but it's true), there's not much that you can do . . ..
