It was a nice day today, but I had to run around unexpectedly and I didn't accomplish everything I wanted to. Especially raking leaves. We have a lot of trees around our house, and so the yard - the back yard in particular - gets inundated with leaves pretty heavily and pretty quickly every fall. So I couldn't rake them today like I'd hoped to, and now I'll have to wait until Thursday, the next day we have sun.
My mother tells me not to worry about raking the leaves. "They're not going anywhere!" she says.
That's just the trouble! :-D
