National Boss Day is a day when you give your boss a present to demonstrate how lucky you are to be working at your boring office job and being only a pawn in someone else's game, pretending all the while that you like the intended recipient of said present - even as he pretends to like his boss.
P.S. Do people who are their own bosses hate . . . themselves?
