I'm Roaring In

Traveling to India, George W. Bush made a brief stop in Afghanistan (hey, he was in the neighborhood!) and met with President Hamid Karzai to reconfirm the United States' commitment to the Afghan people. He also discovered that, yes, he actually sent soldiers there (sorta slipped his mind, I guess), and thus went to have his picture taken with them. Hey, I can understand why Bush would forget about Afghanistan. He has a lot to worry about, especially Iraq, and trying to deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina even six months after its strike on New Orleans. He probably wouldn't have had to worry about Katrina if someone had warned him in advance that the levees would fail. . . oh, wait, someone did! And they have the proof. . . on tape! :-O
(I'm coming into March like a lion.)
