Birthday Boy

Today's my birthday! And in that spirit, I will now answer questions you, dear readers, have been very disinterested in asking! :-D
So how old are you today? I'm forty.
Wow, do you feel old? Not really. I look younger than my age, and I'm pretty healthy, so I can't complain.
But sometimes you still do, right? Uhh, well, yeah.
Are there times when you realize how old you are? Well, sure, like when I remember things other people don't.
Such as? Well, when I was little, Nixon was President, audio recordings were on twelve-inch vinyl discs, rotary telephones were still common, it only cost ten cents to mail a letter, and there were only three television networks.
Wow, that must have been a long time ago! Tell me about it.
What did you do for your birthday? Well, my mother took me out for breakfast this morning, and tomorrow I'm attending a performance of the American Ballet Theatre in New York.
Well, have a good time! Thank you. Paloma Herrera is in the program, so I most likely will.
So do you have a weakness for Argentine ballerinas? You might say that.
Well, then, happy birthday! Thanks. :-)
