Happy Fourth, everyone! :-) I had a nice day. I went to see the fireworks in my hometown, and tomorrow I'm going to an Independence Day parade in a nearby town (don't ask me why they're holding it tomorrow!).
I also went to the birthplace of President Grover Cleveland, which is a ten-minute walk away from my house, where there was an Independence Day ice cream social that included live music (a schmuck with a synthesizer) and tours of the house. Also there was my congressman,Rodney Frelinghuysen, who was also at my library's grand reopening (as previously noted) and at the local Memorial Day parade. He's like Forrest Gump - he's everywhere! And he's running for re-election in a safe district where he has no real opposition! So what's up with that? :-O
