The Trump trial resumes today with a liar who, ironically, has the truth on his side who's about to take the stand.

Michael Cohen was Trump's lawyer and fixer and he arranged the payment to that porn star Trump undoubtedly slept with.  He lied about it and perjured himself in earlier court cases, and yet everything he's about to testify to is certain to be corroborated by every witness who came before him and whatever witnesses follow him.  

I'm sure Cohen - who has paid his debt to society by serving time in prison and is very upfront about his sins - will do fine, even in cross-examination, at least where it pertains to being truthful.  But Cohen, like most white ethnics form the Greater New York area, has a hot temper, and the worst thing he can do is blow his stack even when he's telling the truth.

I hope he doesn't blow it.  Because if he doesn't, that's the best way to ensure that Trump will be held accountable for his crimes just as Cohen was for his.
