Then, after Putin welcomed the regions into Russia - including the Donetsk Oblast - the Ukrainian army liberated Lyman, a key city in Donetsk.
And the Ukrainian flag flies over the city once again!
Awk-ward!
Putin has promised that any attempt by the West to help Ukraine take back the four oblasts will lead to nuclear war.
Oh, I see - he threatens to unleash the sort of power that would wipe out cities in some of our most heavily populated areas?
Someone tell Putin that Hurricane Ian already did that in Florida!
