It looks like some of that thunderstorm activity from the Midwest and the South, which also affected Oklahoma, is on its way to New Jersey. :-O
Here's the deal. After heavy rain tomorrow, the sky will brighten again on Saturday morning, and it will be warm, with a cold front coming through for late in the day on Saturday that will make it feel cool and refreshing for Sunday . . . but with thunderstorms, some of which could be severe and with gusty winds and hail, as the price to pay.
And even forecasters who don't scare easily are scared.
The National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center in, ironically, Norman, Oklahoma is calling for a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms for New Jersey on Saturday, which doesn't seem so bad, though I have a feeling the risk will be elevated before then. I think it's safe to say that Friday the 13th will be a 48-hour day . . . and I have to be wary of a possible . . . blackout! :-O :-(
As always, stay tuned . . . I may be back. :-O
