Correction and Clarification: March 7, 2011

In my commentary of February 21, posted two weeks ago, I wrote that the class of U.S. Senate seats up for re-election in 2012 is a "volatile class of seats that gave Republicans the [Senate] majority in 2004." I meant 1994. I have since corrected the original error, which I regret.
