Church and Court

Okay, here's some not-so-friendly advice for the Catholic majority on the Supreme Court: Don't hand down a ruling upholding a federal partial-birth abortion ban on the eve of the anniversary of Pope Benedict XVI's reign! Maybe it was a coincidence, but thanks to you, every leftist, Marxist, anti-Catholic conspiracy theorist in America is convinced that the Court is now an arm of the Vatican! And we can't have kids in our civics classes thinking that the Pope chooses Supreme Court justices while he's appointing members of the College of Cardinals!
Oh, and one other thing, guys. . . . When the time comes to consider Roe v.Wade, here's a refresher from your Latin classes - stare decisis! :-O
