You'll notice that I just included links to several music-related Web sites? Why? Simple. These links are all from my companion music blog - which, as of midnight this Sunday, will go off the Web. No one else is contributing to it - even though I share the blog with three others - and no one is reading my contributions, as the lack of commentary on it reflects. But the links are to sites I want people to go to for one reason or another, so I'll promote them here.
I was getting tired of maintaining that music blog, anyway. I felt that I was beginning to repeat myself, there was little if anything current in popular music I had much interest in, and I want to move on to other things. I can always comment on popular music here from time to time, and I do, so I don't think I'll miss the outgoing blog all that much.
