You Call THIS Crisis Management?

New Orleans is under water, southern Mississippi is a garbage dump, and thousands of people - many of them poor - are displaced with nowhere to go. The Bush Administration's handling of the crisis caused by Hurricane Katrina has been nothing short of a disaster itself. Anyone who watched The Weather Channel even sporadically could see that this storm was coming, and it had the power to turn the American Gulf Coast upside down. This is obviously different from the World Trade Center attack; it wasn't like, in the weeks leading up to 9/11, Bush had a memo warning him that Osama bin Laden was determined to attack a target in the United States. . . . Oh, wait, that's right - he did!!
George W. Bush has ruined America's security, he has wasted our resources in Iraq, and his response to the aftermath of Katrina has been an even greater embarrassment than his failure to prepare in advance (lest it ruin his vacation). He deserves to be impeached.
