Late news flash - Republican and Democratic Senate "moderates" arranged a compromise on George W. Bush's judicial nominees that will allow up-or-down votes on Priscilla Owen, Janice Rogers Brown, and William Pryor and leave room for filibusters on two other nominees. So, with that crisis apparently settled, what is the Washington press corps going to talk about now? (The people's interests? Nah.)
