Eleven days after becoming pope, Benedict XVI is still being overshadowed by his late predecessor. I read that in Rome, pictures of Pope John Paul II still outsell those of the current occupant of St. Peter's throne. I guess His Holiness knows how Lyndon Johnson must have felt in 1964 . . .
