Bush's Favoritsm

George W. Bush has yet again undistinguished himself by agreeing to an Arab-Israeli peace plan devised by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, in which Israel pulls out of the Gaza Strip - a piece of real estate no one wants - in exchange for keeping Jewish settlements in the West Bank. Bush, in effect, has sided with Israel in a deal that leaves the Palestinians with the short end of the stick, reversing decades of U.S. policy to be neutral, and not play favorites, in the Arab-Israeli dispute. Why is Dub the Shrub doing this?
Two words: "Jewish vote."
