That's the percentage of Americans who are fully vaccinated from COVID as of today, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

But here's the bad news - that's also the percentage of Americans who are fully vaccinated from COVID as of yesterday, as well.

In other words, the full-vaccination rate increase in the U.S., which up to now was 0.1 percent a day, is now 0.1 percent . . . every other day.
That's not slow, that's stagnant.
