Approval

The Pfizer COVID vaccine is now fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

I don't know how much it will do to get more people vaccinated.

Americans who said they would wait for full approval of a vaccine before getting a shot may be more inclined to get one, but some of them may find other reasons to avoid getting it.  One reason may be because it was approved to fast.  Another reason may be because they're still now full approval or even an emergency approval for children 12 and under to get the vaccine.  Or thy might balk at it because the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines haven't been fully approved yet.

Well, watch out, you vaccine-resistant folks, because your bosses are already putting on their No Excuses jeans - for causal Friday, anyway - and writing out vaccine mandates for you and your coworkers.  No jab, no job.  Because the full FDA approval for the Pfizer vaccine gives employers more authority and confidence to do that.  I'm waiting to see how many people quit their jobs rather than get the shot.

Go ahead and sue your boss.  You'll probably lose.
