Ginger Painter

Although she's best remembered for playing "Gilligan's Island" movie star Ginger Grant (any resemblance of her character's name to that of Marilyn Monroe, a real alliteratively named movie star who shared her surname with a U.S. President, was purely intentional), Tina Louise is also a painter as well. Some of her paintings are currently being exhibited at the Paterson Museum in Paterson, New Jersey.

I found this factoid astonishing.
